Description

A letter to Mrs. Georgia Douglas Johnson explaining that the "Charles W. Chesutt Honorarium" awarded by the NAACP was not offered by Chesnutt, but instead by the NAACP itself. He also goes on to state that he will be enjoying her new book in the future and that Houghton Mifflin Publishers will be reprinting his Conjure Woman series soon.
