This is a program for Founders Day at Fayetteville State University, the annual ceremony that observes the university's past, present, and future. It contains the schedule of events for the program, songs, speakers, and the recipients of the Chancellor's (Charles Lyons, Jr) Certificate of Merit and Special Certificate of Merit.
