Description
The Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated was founded on the campus of Fayetteville State University on November 3, 1958. During the Spring of the 57-58 school year twelve men of Fayetteville State Teachers College became restless with the complacency of life at the college and decided to start a new movement. These men's motives were to venture into the highest degree of social involvement as it relates to college activities and to organize a fraternity, similar to ones that were already instituted at the college.
