Volume 8, Issue 4 (2024)

This issue reflects the growth, continuity, and professionalism provided to the global education community by a historic education institution. The Journal of Research Initiatives (JRI) attracts an increasingly international cohort of distinguished authors, indicating its multinational reader base. This issue focused on relevant issues in higher education, international education, professional development, and the experience of Black educators in a diverse world. Representing a renowned HBCU, it is appropriate that the Journal consider educational issues relevant to Black educators globally and within its neighboring communities. In doing so, JRI benefits all education professionals by improving the theoretical and practical applications made available to the students and educators of all institutions. Our editors want you to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to assist students and make your communities safer.
